The National Centre for Vocational Education Research or NCVER is a not-for-profit company owned by the federal, state and territory ministries responsible for training. It is responsible for collecting, managing, analysing, evaluating and communicating research and statistics about vocational education and training (VET).

Welcome to PFDA-Vocational Training Center
PFDA-Vocational Training Center (PFDA-VTC) was founded in 2014 by Ms. Sajida Rahman Danny, Chairman of this organisation with aim to nurture, develop capacity of persons with special needs to mainstream them in the society and to live with dignity. This initiative also to ensure implementation of SDG Goals 4, 8, 10 and 11 where the rights of the persons with disabilities for inclusive and equitable quality education and promotion of life-long learning opportunities, sustainable economic growth, promoting the social, economic and political inclusion are ensured.
PFDA-VTC is a legally registered non-profit social welfare organization in Bangladesh that provides learning opportunity and promotes methods to empower through skill building to young adult and adult persons with autism and Developmental disorders so they utilize their potentials and take part in mainstream society. We pledge to create independent and practical living of our students by enhancing their learning abilities. We also ensure suitable employment for them in the mainstream workforce to create inclusive society for all and can have life with dignity.
Mission:
PFDA-Vocational Training Center Trust’s objective is to create realistic and acceptable livelihood opportunities for the people with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, downs Syndrome, Intellectual Disability and other Neuro Developmental Disorders.
Objectives
- Groom up young adults and adults to take up responsibilities, make them competent to perform work / job. Facilitate to have independent life to live with dignity.
- Train children with disabilities by improving their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and enhancing social skills to bring progress in their alternative livelihood independently.
- Ensure non-discriminatory workplace
- Enhance skills of parents and caregivers for employment or other income generating activities to tackle the challenges of poverty faced by families.
- Provide advice, support, counseling and updated information to the parents is having special children.
