Architectural Linear Diffuser, Aluminum, 2' Slot Titus FlowBar architectural linear diffuser system maximizes engineering performance without sacrificing aesthetic considerations for the designer. The SDS linear slot diffuser is designed to satisfy architectural applications that require continuous lengths without compromising air distribution performance. These linear slot diffusers feature fully adjustable, aerodynamic pattern controllers fabricated from extruded aluminum, and are available in a large selection of frame styles.
Nailor 4900 Series Extruded Aluminum Linear Bar Grilles offer a clean, crisp styling and efficient air distribution. The design features precision mitered corners, a wide selection of core styles with a variety of border widths and mounting frames, and multiple fastening types.
Nailor 48LL Series Linear Louver (Vane) Diffusers are designed to provide a high capacity, architecturally pleasing linear diffuser that can supply large volumes of air at relatively low sound levels and pressure drops.
Nailor Series 48LV Linear Vane diffusers are suited for high capacity airflows. The diffusers are extruded aluminum and available in either a one or two-way pattern. The deflector vanes are fixed.

| #2 | Q: I am making the boxes the slot diffuser will slip into, how will the diffusers be secured in place? Should we put a flange on the box? A: Slot diffusers boxes have a flange (bent upwards, almost hemmed) on the long sides. The Truaire slots come with the C brackets that slip into the bent flages and lock in. The diffusers are secured by screwing through the slots into the C bracket. The holes are pre-drilled in the diffusers. Asked on 2019-01-17 by Chris |

| #4 | Q: is there a way to connect this to a 4 opening ceiling fan duct? A: You would need a metal plenum that converts the rectangular shape to round. The round outlet is typically on the side of the plenum (box) since the top is narrow. We do not sell them, but you can buy plenums for linear diffuses from local sheet metal shops.
